The Interstitial: 5 Ways We Deny Our Power

In this final farewell episode, I share my thoughts on five specific ways women can cut ourselves off from our own power - plus share my reflections on hosting this show for the last 6 years. A few takeaways:

  • Denying our deepest desires is often fueled by an understandable fear of losing the relationships we feel are most important to us, but doing so also comes at a great cost to our soul's growth
  • Embodied wisdom is available to all of us, but takes practice and repetition to hear and access
  • Why so many women are afraid to fully feel our emotions - and the benefits from actually letting them flow through us instead
  • Cultivating relationships with land, ancestors, and the unseen realms takes patience and practice, and can make our journeys much less difficult
  • The incredible benefits of living from a place of truth, authenticity, and power, plus how this often looks different from how we might imagine power to show up.

So much gratitude to all who have tuned in to this show over the years! Wishing you so many blessings on your journey. I'm still offering 1:1 coaching, and can be reached via my website: www.hometoher.com
